If you can find a travel agent that will work with them for you (i am not sure if they deal with the public) but they will give you hotels based on the location you want to be close to as well as the transportation to get there and any thing that you know that you want to do in advance, such as a museum pass, transfers to/from the airport, tickets to an event etc. You can also do one location or 100 while you are away. they really give you "door to door" service.
