My girlfriend is going to Europe for 3 months. How can I deal with this?

My girlfriend of 1 year is leaving for 3 months to travel to Europe. She is very flirty (even when im around) and I don't know how I will deal with the thought of her with other guys. I don't know if I can trust her she has cheated on me before. It really depresses me and I don't like to even talk to her about it cause she gets mad. What should I do??
