I know a few people who are going on vacation to Europe.?

I know a few people who are going on vacation to Europe and they wanted me to roll with them but I really can't afford a round trip airline ticket. Would it be easier to establish quarters inside a wooden crate (food/water/ipod) for a week or however long it takes to get there? Once I arrive, my friends can open me up and we could be on our way. I really don't know how much a 200lb crate would be to ship to Europe, but would it probably be cheaper than an airline ticket? Thanks

1. Why don you try going on a cargo plane. UPS, Fed Ex, DHL. My friend was telling me how you can sometimes get on those. I never looked into it. But maybe it is possible.
2. Inside the crate you would be put in the cargo hold of the airplane, which is not pressurized nor heated. As an airplane flies 30,000 feet above ground it gets very very cold at this altitude. You could possibly die.
